Changelog
Apr 18th:
- Independents and necromancer are no longer allied.
- Many monsters are only spawned based on probability.
- Fixed typos.
- Moved monsters (if they do spawn) far away from the Outpost.
- Added some dangerous events.
- Fixed a random event that wasn't triggering correctly
- Added in a few more special events
Apr 15th:
- Set AI-level for Necromancer to Butler and Indies to Jester
- Added in quite a few special events for your entertainment (especially made use of chainevents so the scenario should play differently each time) including a small sidequest. Many more to be added.
- Made a minor change to the map
Mar 9th:
- Weakened a few of the independent armies because they were overly strong
- Adding in special events in baby steps
Mar. 6th:
- Changed some triggers from flags to use comlocevent
- Added in additional events (one related to a forest lunatic). I want to add more events to help the player and make the scenario interesting, but I need to play the game more to know what is available in terms of units and what will help the player, but not make the scenario too easy.
- Gave Necromancer less starting hands.
- Added name for a location that I missed.
Mar. 5th:
- Added names for locations (citadels, cities, castles, and ports).
- Altered map
- Removed the troublesome Iron Golem completely
- Made player's starting force somewhat larger and gave them access to two locations
- Turned indie AI level down to Knight level
- Fixed some inconsistencies in the scenario description
Here is the released scenario for the CoE3 Trial by Fire. Your feedback on the difficulty/enjoyment of the scenario will be used to tweak it. Ideas are welcome and encouraged.
